The Boisé Vanier residence, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each individual. We are currently looking for two people to fill a full-time maintenance attendant position and a part-time position. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions + all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule:
- a full-time position Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of 3
- a part-time position Saturday and Sunday during the day
Salary: starting at $20.78
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
- No experience necessary
