POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule:
- a full-time position Monday to Friday during the day with one weekend out of 2
From 8:00am to 4:00pm
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- Good communication
- No experience necessary
