POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a person to fill the permanent full-time position as maintenance director for one of our structures in Montreal.
The maintenance director carries out various work related to the maintenance of the building, the management of maintenance and renovation projects.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- See to the maintenance of the building
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
