The private seniors' residence Le Manoir Lafontaine is seeking a person to fill a maintenance/housekeeping attendant position. Maintenance of common areas, kitchen hood maintenance, general maintenance, and finishing work. Experience in plumbing and electrical work is an asset. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 30 hours/week (more possible) with the possibility of weekend care if desired. Salary: Starting at $18.10 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
