Les Jardins le Flandre, located in Limoilou, is a residence that is pleased to welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. We are looking for two people to fill part-time cook positions. The residence is easily accessible by public transport, stable schedule, shifts that always end early and friendly managers :)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 24 hours/week with one weekend out of 2

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate in the preparation of menus by proposing ideas
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment is maintained according to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Make sure to optimize the use of foodstuffs in compliance with quality standards
- Participate in the assembly of the plates
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals
- Perform other related duties
- See to the preparation of cold dishes and desserts
- Good communication
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
- Level of spoken language: intermediate French
- Written language level: intermediate French
