POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: 16 hours/week available evening and night with occasional replacement possibilities
Salary: starting at $19.13 depending on experience
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- painting
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
