One of our residences on the north shore is looking for a quality of life advisor to fill a permanent, full-time position.

Schedule: 32 hours/week daytime.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
