POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the responsibility and in close collaboration with general management, the CQV is the main point of contact with prospects who are looking for RPA hosting. Ensuring customer service that meets COGIR's high quality standards, the CQV must identify the prospect's needs, provide appropriate information, all in an argument that will contribute to establishing a climate of trust that will comfort prospects to Sign a Lease.
The CQV must quickly inform general management of the agreements entered into in the lease in order to deliver on the promises (housing, services, prices, etc.) and avoid any disappointment when our new tenants move into residence. The CQV must master the different platforms related to rental, namely AIC/CIA, CQVL and Hopem.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively participates in prospecting activities such as open houses, senior fairs and all corporate activities ensuring visibility for our residences.
  • As part of his/her duties, the CQV is responsible for prospecting with local organizations in conjunction with future tenants in order to keep the prospect database (AIC/CIA) up to date and dynamic and to maintain a continuing relationship with his last.
  • As part of his/her duties, the CQV's primary objective is to sign a lease and therefore is responsible for activities related to and relating to rental.
  • Before the new tenant moves in, the CQV is responsible for adequately communicating to his/her colleagues the conditions and other terms provided for in the lease so that they are respected and delivered on time.
  • Ensures that sales and promotional materials (pouch, insert, promotional items) comply with the organization's requirements and are up to date at all times
  • Evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of our main competitors and develops arguments to promote your residence that will meet the needs of prospects and proposes winning strategies to increase our visibility in the community. (and proposes improvements in our sales and visibility offensives.)
  • It identifies interest groups likely to bring new prospects and establishes a business relationship with these groups, organizes events, in order to register new contacts in our database.
  • She ensures the influence of the residence in her community by adapting her involvement according to the organizations.
  • She must maintain close ties with placement agencies, social workers and the various stakeholders who could contact her for potential clients.
  • The CQV follows up with our prospects on a daily basis, offering relevant content for decision-making and consequently updates the database.
  • The CQV guarantees a continuous presence and of marked interest for seniors on the various social networks.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of the private residence environment
  • Knowledge of the Hopem system
  • Bilingual
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a specialized industry and in RPA is an asset
  • Comfort in using computer tools
  • Interest in social media
