The private retirement residence Le Waldorf, located in Côte-Saint-Luc, is currently looking for a determined rental agent ready to take on new challenges!

Salary: to be determined + bonuses + commissions according to performance
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Prepare rental contracts
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Knowledge of the Hopem system
- Bilingual
