POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Les Jardins Intérieurs residence in Saint-Lambert benefits from an enchanting location, bordering a golf course. We offer you a warm and peaceful work environment.
We are currently looking for a secretary-receptionist.
The receptionist is responsible for performing reception-related tasks and any other related tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.
TEMPORARY position (summer replacement contract), part-time, 25 hours per week, evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (no weekends).
Start date: the week of April 14th.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Any other related tasks
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Distribute notices to residents
- Maintain the different registers
- Maintain the residence directory
- Make appointments
- Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto
- Open and distribute mail
- Perform other related duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- A DEC in business administration or any related dicipline
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- A working knowledge of the software systems, Hopem and Quickbooks (an asset)
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
