POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a part-time receptionist during the day, weekdays and weekends.
Schedule to be discussed: Friday-Saturday-Sunday- Monday or Thursday instead of Monday.
Must have experience with Office suite and customer service.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors
- Interact with clients, suppliers and residents
- Maintain the different registers
- Manage customer inquiries
- Note and following up on all residents' requests
- Perform other related duties
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- Work in Microsoft Excel to update data
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Ease in the use of computer tools
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- Good team player
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
