POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our Le Teck building in Laval is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. They say you are a versatile person, agile with your hands and a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out repairs in apartments and common areas
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
- Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Distribution of communications to tenants
- Ensure the cleanliness of entrances, common areas, terrace and swimming pool
- Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Maintain property spaces and systems
- Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
- Other Related Tasks
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
- DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
