POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a Team Leader, HR Shared Services Support, to join our Payroll and Human Resources team in Brossard. This person must be dynamic, focused and have excellent customer service skills. We offer a flexible environment and opportunities for growth.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact and support for businesses under management regarding matters related to payroll, benefits and the Employer D payroll processing system;
- Answer calls or voicemails from companies under management through the central HR shared services IVR toll-free number;
- Be a central point of contact and front-line support for businesses under management;
- Complete registrations and follow up on terminations of employment regarding social benefits;
- Ensure that the team has the tools and resources necessary to accomplish its tasks;
- Enter data into the benefit provider group database;
- Maintain employee information in the database and ensure it is up to date;
- Manage all files and calls to meet our customer service standards;
- Manage cases (tickets) via Zendesk;
- Other tasks will be entrusted to him.
- Process new hires, terminations and position changes in Employer D;
- The Team Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the HR Shared Services Support team;
- Professional or college diploma in accounting or human resources, any combination of studies and experience deemed relevant will be considered;
- Relevant experience related to the role;
- Bilingual French and English (speaking, reading, writing);
- Good knowledge of Ms Office, particularly Excel.
