Position Overview:
Compugen’s Managed Services Department is seeking a skilled, driven and well-rounded Transition Specialist to work remotely within Canada in our Program Management Office (PMO). This is a great opportunity to apply your project coordination and business analysis skills to onboarding customers of varying needs and industries in collaboration with our Managed Services operational teams, Service Management Office, and Program Management Office. Compugen’s Managed Services Department is seeking a skilled, driven and well-rounded Transition Specialist to work remotely within Canada in our Program Management Office (PMO). This is a great opportunity to apply your project coordination and business analysis skills to onboarding customers of varying needs and industries in collaboration with our Managed Services operational teams, Service Management Office, and Program Management Office. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver transition projects to onboard new customers and services to our Managed Services platform.
- Enable the organization by delivering training, operational readiness, and successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities.
- Intake customer documentation, review, analyze and align to Compugen’s service management standards and Managed Services standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate solution development for non-standard customer technical, operating support model and process related requirements.
- Coordinate the configuration of Compugen tools for onboarding customers to service delivery.
- Ensure event, incident, problem, request, change, release, knowledge, asset/configuration, reporting are established to standard.
- Strive to streamline, automate and continually improve all capabilities that enable the Service and Customer Experience.
- Computer Science, or Business degree/diploma or 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Good understanding of the PMP framework (Project Management Professional).
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices.
- Experience within a Managed Service organization.
- Project leadership experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Excel with the ability to visualize process.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, knowledge transfer, and workshop skills.
- Very strong documentation skills

- ITIL Foundation, Expert Agile certification
