About the Position

We are a insurance brokerage firm looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional in-person and telephone reception services for clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks
  • Participate in organizing events and activities
  • Perform data entry in our systems
  • Provide support to teams
  • All other related duties

Required Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
