We are looking for a customer-oriented, motivated individual to join our professional team as a Branch Supervisor at our Airdrie, AB branch.

As a Branch Supervisor, your role involves fleet operations, maintaining and documenting equipment rental readiness, people and safety culture. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. What You’ll Be Doing
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish streamlined shop flow to ensure rental equipment is always ready for use.
  • Prioritize tasks and enforce a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Supervise gasfitters, guiding them in setting priorities and adhering to maintenance schedules and CSA B149 codes and or municipalities regulations
  • Coach and develop branch employees to enhance their skills
  • Provide management with informed recommendations regarding rental fleet inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization and revenue
  • Champion company safety policies at the branch level.
  • Ensure compliance with TDG and other safety regulations
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of all company operating policies
  • Uphold organizational standards
  • Work closely with colleagues across all levels to foster a team-based approach to problem solving

What You’ll Bring To The Table:
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the equipment rental and construction industry
  • Familiarity with propane and climate control solutions is essential
  • A working knowledge of the CSA B149 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points)
