What You’ll Be Doing 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide first-line support to end users for application, transaction, and system-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and manage IT ticketing system to ensure requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently; escalate complex issues to specialized teams as necessary.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding IT processes to ensure new employees have the necessary IT equipment and access, and former employees' access is removed securely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, sharing expertise and documenting solutions.
  • Help with and actively participate in IT and operational project initiatives, ensuring technical requirements align with business goals.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot end-user workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Help coordinate IT needs for new branch openings, including initial end-user support.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to support our IT systems and applications.
  • As a regional role, some travel to our branches throughout Ontario will be required.
What You’ll Bring to the Team 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail for diagnosing and addressing technical issues effectively.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and unsupervised, showing initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to improving IT services and supporting end-user productivity.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite, with a solid understanding of features and functionality to assist end users effectively.
  • Experience troubleshooting computers, software, and basic network issues, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve user issues or escalate when necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective support and guidance for end-users at all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolution of tickets while balancing project responsibilities.
