What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  •  Field incoming inquiries via phone and email 
  • Collect and report sales data
  • Invoice sales transactions and provide quotes to customers and Cooper Sales Team
  • Organize and arrange transportation of used equipment in and out of the branch from multiple regions
  • Provide accurate timelines of equipment being delivered to customers
  • Bring completed sales to shop technician’s attention in preparation for delivery
  • Manage fleet on Cooper’s used equipment website including capturing photos of the used equipment and listing it online
  • Identify customers equipment needs and provide smarter equipment solutions
  • Review open invoices and payment details as well as assess and process all invoices
  • Acquire all required purchase orders and evaluate work orders before issuing
  • Complete all requested tasks from the clients pertaining to analytics
  • Complete additional projects as assigned including inventory management and assisting with social media

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role or industry. Experience in the construction equipment rental industry is a definite asset
  • Personable, self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Very customer service and detail oriented with exceptional organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Systematic Rental Management software is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
