Cultivate excellence through Coveo’s Enablement team!

The Enablement team at Coveo consists of data-driven problem solvers with a combination of technical skills and business acumen. Our mission is to proactively enable and empower Coveo’s employees, customers and partners to attain the product and skill proficiency to achieve and surpass their goals. We are looking for a driven and curious intern to support the implementation of state-of-the-art enablement tooling to upgrade the proficiency of all of Coveo’s employees, partners, and customers.

What your typical day would like look:
  • You start your day off attending the Enablement team’s weekly team meeting where you share your updates, hear the team’s progress on different projects and share ideas to elevate each other.
  • You then spend the rest of your morning working on the plan for the next steps of your main project, the reauthoring of the course library: Which module will you tackle today, which interactive elements will you implement, which feedback forms will you analyze, and which subject matter expert do you want input from?
  • After lunch, you hop on a call with the Business Intelligence team to discuss the next step in the learning data migration project that you are playing a key role in. Your work helps maintain the integrity of our data and will support critical decision-making for years to come.
  • You then meet with your coach to evaluate and test our processes for further development and enhancement. They also take some time to let you shadow what they’re working on.
  • The day is already coming to an end! You finish off by participating in the weekly check point for the cross-functional learning systems implementation project, to make sure work is progressing as intended and all stakeholders are aligned.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
  • You are currently studying Education Technology, Human Resources, Management or a related field with an emphasis on learning and development.
  • You have an interest in learning and development or instructional design.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and self-accountability, you’re proud of what you create and are always finding new ways to learn and grow.
  • You have good organizational skills and attention to detail; you can manage competing priorities and work on simultaneous projects.
  • You have good communication and collaboration skills, you will work with stakeholders across the globe with complex technical and non-technical topics.
Here’s what will make you stand out:
  • You have an interest in technology and the SaaS industry.
  • You’re curious about data and what it can do to inform processes and decisions.
  • You have previous experience of eLearning tools, such as Adobe Captivate, video and audio editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audacity), and Learning Management Systems or similar tools.
  • You have a flare for visual design.

Interested? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skills are transferable.
