As the newest member of our corporate recruitment team, you will lead the recruitment process for specific functions in Support, IT and G&A and you will collaborate closely with two Senior Talent Partners to support them in their role.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technician roles across our operations departments (Information Systems and Technologies, HR, Finance, Legal, Continuing Education, etc.).
  • Prospecting, coordinating, interviewing, qualifying candidates, and guiding them through documented stages in our ATS, sometimes for your own roles and sometimes to support our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Establishing partnerships with hiring managers, leading their talent attraction and acquisition strategy especially for their Technician roles.
  • Crafting job descriptions in both English and French, ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and an impeccable candidate experience.
  • Participating in relevant events to attract talent, some of which may occur in the evening or on weekends.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement projects!
Here is what will qualify you for the role: 
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or have 1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or recruitment role.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken French, with the ability to translate roles into English and interview English-speaking candidates (your candidates will be based across Canada).
  • You have a deep desire to learn the roots of Talent Acquisition 2.0.
  • Boundless curiosity and diligence in research. Your preparation for our interviews will reflect how you'll prepare for your candidates!
