SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who, in addition to performing an entire range of complex administrative tasks, takes responsibility, within her/his administrative unit, for the coordination and qualitative control of a set of functions dealing with the office administration, office automation and secretarial tasks. Her/his responsibilities generally and mainly include the organization of office work or of an area of such activity such as accounting or procurement.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: * Must hold a completed High School diploma and at least one (1) year of relevant experience;

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of routine office work;
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;
  • Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;
  • Sense of accountability, resourcefulness and vigilance;
  • Proactive, autonomous, flexible and discrete;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Courtesy.
    LANGUAGE
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Cree;
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
