SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who ensures the software and hardware configuration, optimization and security of information systems, technological infrastructures and telecommunications networks. He/she performs various tasks related to databases. He/she oversees the implementation, proper functioning and development of complex technological components with a local, regional or provincial scope. He/she acts as an expert in his/her field of specialization and supports IT technicians in solving problems of a high level of complexity or specialization. He/she can develop implementation plans for technological projects and coordinate the work of IT technicians.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: * Diploma of college studies with specialization in Computer Science from a school recognized by the ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport, or a relevant attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by competent authorities.
Experience:
- She/he must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in her/his field of specialization.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, etc.;
- Capable of learning software applications with a minimum of instruction;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong problem-solving capabilities;
- Strong ability in leadership, organization, project management and communication.
LANGUAGE* Fluent in English;* Fluency in Cree and/or French is an asset.
OTHER* Possibility of On-call.
