Provide business-side management for internally facing knowledge products known as the Knowledge Exchange (KX) Platform. This platform uses many different technologies including Machine Learning and Generative AI to help hundreds of thousands of Deloitte employees across the globe access intellectual property, locate expertise and share their knowledge.

A KX Product Manager works closely with our technology teams to deliver projects that continually enhance our KX products.

What will your typical day look like?


Manage KX product enhancement projects
Manage product issues in production, assisting with investigation, prioritization and achieving timely resolution
Proactively monitor product usage and escalate areas of concern
Collect end user feedback on a routine basis and synthesize into recommendations
Manage product administration, optimization and quality efforts, primarily provided offshore
Keep abreast of industry and technology trends and best practices to bring knowledge to the product team and suggest new capabilities and approaches
Manage and counsel team members to optimize their contributions and enhance their professional development

About the team

The Knowledge Platform team develops new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders. The team has onshore and offshore (India) members.


Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science) required.

5+ years of work experience
Experience with knowledge management and content management tools
Experience in a large professional services organization preferred
Experience having a lead role in technology projects across all aspects of the systems development life cycle
Ability to provide direction to team members, including time management and mentoring
Understanding of development environments such as Microsoft DevOps
Understanding of ways that Artificial Intelligence tools such as Machine Learning and Generative AI can help with Knowledge Management processes (deeper experience in these areas a major plus)

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
