What will your typical day look like?
  • Accelerate delivery center based strategy design development and coordination
  • Coordinate with key stakeholder groups (e.g., Deloitte Firms, Operate, Ecosystem & Alliances, Sustainability & Climate, Gen AI teams).
  • Coordinate facilitation of in-person / virtual leadership sessions to assess and design future delivery operating model elements.
  • Organize and manage strategy activation across various GDN work threads to operationalize elements.
  • Manage governance and preparation across various stakeholder groups for executive meetings in support of the GDN strategy.
  • Connect the dots across various firm wide efforts and / or in-fight initiatives supporting delivery center thinking.
About the team

The Global Delivery Network (GDN) team is responsible for designing and aligning the overall delivery center strategy across businesses and member firms / geographies and subsequently its activation globally. The GDN is critical for our ability to serve clients globally with quality, creating agile, standardized and interoperable delivery, amplifying our competitive positioning and fueling network growth aspirations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy or operations
  • Keen understanding and awareness of Deloitte’s businesses and the role/importance of delivery centers to serve client globally.
  • Experience collaborating globally with a variety of different stakeholders in a virtual environment, building connections to advance priorities.
  • Proven experience in strategic and critical thinking, Client service experience in strategy engagements a plus.
  • Advanced experience in supporting executive leadership priorities to conduct workshops, record outcomes, action items and their execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with strong storyboarding skills to create materials (decks, reports, dashboards etc.) for senior firm stakeholders’ consumption and review.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills with proven attention to detail and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear and concise business narratives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive outcomes and address challenges effectively while adapting to frequent change.
  • Advanced program management skills.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • Ability to structure and synthesize information or data efficiently to draw meaningful insights and enable decision-making for intended leaders
  • Self-starter, proactive, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
