Unlocking financial performance and enterprise value
We work as trusted advisors to CFO’s, COO’s, CIO’s and other key executives to advise, implement, and deliver as-a service solutions, improving finance, and real estate operations, and helping clients develop strategies to support enterprise-wide decision making.
As a Senior Consultant you will:
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in client’s real estate processes and operations
- Translate clients’ business needs into functional and technical requirements for real estate technology solutions
- Prepare and conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops
- Scope and architect configurations, integrations, data migrations, and reports
- Coordinate kick-off, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases
- Create workplans for project workstreams and identify changes in scope
- Develop project deliverables including: Functional and technical requirements, current and future state process flows, current and future state technology diagrams, functional design documents, test scenarios and test scripts, test and training plans, and deployment and training materials.
- Liaise between clients and technical teams to interpret and ensure that business requirements are accurately reflected in the solution
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and exercise mature judgment.
- Assist in opportunity and proposal development
Real Estate Technology Transformation
Our Real Estate Technology Transformation team helps clients transform their real estate portfolio and operations through implementation of market leading real estate solutions like IBM TRIRIGA, Nuvolo and other solutions.
Required:
- 8-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience with 6-8 years of TRIRIGA implementation experience
- At least 2-3 full cycle TRIRIGA implementations experience / TRIRIGA upgrade experience
- Strong functional understanding and implementation experience of at least 2 TRIRIGA modules - Lease administration, Lease accounting, space management, facility management, capital projects
- Hands on configuration and troubleshooting experience of TRIRIGA builder tools like Data Modeler, Form Builder, Workflows, Integrations, Portal/Navigation Builder and others
- Experience managing teams of 2+ resources through design, development, and/or operations of complex technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Open to travel up to 50%
- Limited Visa Sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- JavaScript programming
- 1-2 years’ programming experience in any language
- Integration experience with Web Services, Middleware Solutions such as TIBCO, J2EE, J2ME, JSP, Servlets, Java Scripts, JDBC, AJAX, XML, SQL Server 2008 R/2012, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, MS-Access, My SQL, EDI, XSLT, .Net
- Data mapping and data migration in ERP/IWMS Implementations
- Experience with BIRT, Crystal Reports or similar enterprise reporting software
- Experience in TRIRIGA Lease accounting module
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- TRIRIGA Certification
- Advanced Degree
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $106,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
