What will your typical day look like?

In this role you will join the Deloitte Indigenous team. A key responsibility will include assisting in the measurement and reporting of Deloitte Canada’s Reconciliation Action Plan based on the guiding commitments and goals under the pillars of Education, Employment, Inclusion and Economic Empowerment. This includes driving an accountability model and ensuring governance of the commitments outlined within the plan.


You will also join a passionate team working in the Purpose & Sustainability Office to help catalyze change across our priority areas. As a member of the broader team, you will play a key role on measurement and reporting projects that track Deloitte’s progress toward meeting our Purpose commitments.

About the role

Measurement and Reporting

  • Measure metrics and key performance indicators for new commitments within the refreshed Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Create and implement a monitoring & evaluation framework
  • Enhance current reporting process for data collection to track and monitor key metrics
  • Develop a structured reporting process to review progress and share with leadership teams
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to create dashboards
  • Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting on RAP progress to be shared internally and externally
  • Partner with internal teams to expand and improve implementation, metrics and communications
  • Assist with reporting for Canadian Council for Indigenous Business - Progressive Aboriginal Relations Program

Governance and Accountability

  • Develop materials to share with management and governance teams to track and assess progress
  • Assist with reporting and analytics, including creating visually appealing and informative reports on progress and opportunities
  • Collaborate with committee leaders to better understand their requirements and translate them into actionable reports
  • Develop operational plans for implementing the goals and commitments within the RAP
  • Support a culture of responsive monitoring and active learning

Project Management

  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution, devising mitigation strategies and leading problem resolution to maintain project continuity and momentum
  • Help design and continually refine the strategic project roadmap for the fiscal year, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives
  • Act as the project lead for the measurement and reporting of RAP which includes setting project milestones, managing timelines, and monitoring progress
  • Work across the Purpose and Sustainability Office and with teams in Talent, Procurement, Finance, Future of Canada Centre, Marketing, Operations to integrate project efforts and ensure cohesive strategic execution

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, allowing you to navigate complex processes. Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines independently.
  • Superior organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience with project evaluation, monitoring & evaluation frameworks and analysis is required.
  • Ability to prepare clear and compelling presentation materials and reports.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in and commitment to furthering reconciliation with Indigenous and non-Indigenous Peoples
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information
  • The capability to work independently within a high-performance team, ensuring effective collaboration and contribution.
  • Passion to improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing across teams
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
