What will your typical day look like?

• Greet clients and visitors
• Manage access card requests and follow-up as required
• Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the proper department
• Packages reception and tracking
• Type and format various documents (internal documents, communications, charts, etc.)
• Draft and send internal office communications
• Process conference room requests
• Coordinate catering services for meetings
• Submit expense reports as required
• Support for printing and scanning requests
• Occasional help with the cleaning of the coffee area and dishes (fill and empty the dishwasher) and ensure the availability of the necessary items (milk, sugar, paper towels, refill coffee machines).
• Perform various related administrative tasks as needed.
The standard work schedule will be from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Variable schedule depending on needs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • DEP or DEC in office automation or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist/customer service.
  • Excellent customer service while respecting the confidentiality of the firm and its clients.
  • Good command of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and a proven ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
  • Experience working with professionals in a fast-paced environment with often tight deadlines.
  • Availability - occasional overtime.

The salary range for this position is $33,000 - $60,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
