Description
This is a full-time temporary contract position replacing maternity leave. Duties are to commence on January 6, 2025, and the contract will terminate on June 26, 2025.
Individuals exhibiting the following education, characteristics or interests are encouraged to apply:
Bachelor of Education
Ability to teach Grades 1 and 2 subjects
Focus on high quality, student-centered learning
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and to exercise servant leadership
Willing to be involved in extra-curricular activities (coaching or clubs) would be an asset
Able to serve and live as an example of Jesus Christ to all
Applicants with a St. Joseph's College (U of A) Certificate of Catholic Education is an asset
