**Roles and Responsibilities of the Childcare and Supervision Coordinator:**

1. **Supervision Duties:** Oversee recess, lunch periods, end-of-day dismissal, and evening childcare services (up to 6 PM).

2. **Educational Day Planning:** Prepare, organize, and lead educational day activities.

3. **Student Assistance:** Manage situations involving injured students or those requiring assistance during the day.

4. **Resource Management:** Organize materials for childcare services and playground activities.

5. **Activity Coordination:** Work with the school life coordinator to plan activities for students.

6. **Attendance Management:** Monitor attendance and absences of students enrolled in childcare services (morning, lunch, afternoon) in coordination with billing.

7. **Parent Communication:** Conduct follow-ups and make calls to parents regarding lunchtime, recess, or childcare situations, such as behavior management, eating habits, dietary issues, or medication administration for certain students.

8. **Teacher Coordination:** Ensure communication with homeroom teachers and document notes in the student's file.
