Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at our French language school and become a key point of contact for international students!

We are looking for a versatile team member to take care of:

  • Transportation logistics

  • Administrative support

  • Cultural activity coordination in Québec City

Your Responsibilities: Transportation
  • Organize student pick-ups and drop-offs (airport, train station, etc.)

  • Coordinate with drivers, students, and transport partners

  • Handle unexpected situations (delays, cancellations, flight changes)

Accommodation
  • Assign student housing (host families, student residences)

  • Respond to student concerns and accommodation requests

  • Communicate with families and manage changes when needed

Administrative Support
  • Welcome new students each week

  • Answer emails and phone calls (French/English)

  • Distribute learning materials and certificates

  • Keep the student database up to date

Cultural Activities
  • Present and promote the activity and excursion schedule

  • Collect payments for paid activities

  • Accompany students on outings in Québec City

  • Help organize the end-of-session ceremony every Friday

Your Profile:
  • You speak French and English fluently (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset)

  • You are organized, flexible, and independent

  • You enjoy helping others and working in a multicultural environment

  • You are comfortable using digital tools and databases
