This is a non-union positionWe have an outstanding opportunity for a Work Management Supervisor delivering on distribution operations work supporting the GTA West and GTA East Regions. What you will do:
Leading a team that oversees the development of work plans, job packages and obtaining/managing dependencies supporting Distribution Operations work for Enbridge Gas Ontario.
Work closely with Forecasting & Governance and Work Management Process teams to effectively plan work and drive continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Operations and other key stakeholder teams to effectively deliver on work.
Monitor and manage key Delivery to Plan and Work Management metrics on an ongoing basis to effectively deliver on work.
Ensure company processes and procedures are followed to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Define and implement work methods that will provide value and meet required service levels to Operations and to customers.
Drive employee engagement and high-performance culture with a planning team by ensuring effective performance management, coaching and development.
Provide after-hours 24/7 Emergency On Call supervisory support in Dispatch.
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You have the following education and experience:
Related university degree and five-plus years’ experience OR seven‐plus years of previous field operations experience. An equivalent mix of formal education and experience may also be considered.
Knowledge of Gas Distribution Operations work - processes, planning, and execution knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a constantly evolving, short cycle, high volume service delivery environment.
Leadership experience managing teams, driving collaborative team culture, and driving results.
Experience leading people in a collective bargaining environment and understanding of labour relations practices and principles will be an asset.
Proficiency with Maximo, Power BI, & Oracle.
Working Conditions:
This role provides after hours 24/7 Emergency On-Call in rotation and support to any regional emergencies. A valid Ontario G class Ontario driver’s license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required
