Description

Take customer orders and coordinate the steps / actions necessary for production and delivery;
Follow up on quotes and files in production
Answer questions from customers, representatives and suppliers regarding products, prices and inventory;
Provide administrative support for the management and communication to the various stakeholders regarding the inventory of finished products;
Provide support and work closely with representatives and the CEO;
Ensure a communication link between the Customer Service team and Production teams;
Ensure compliance with policies, standards and rules in force;
Perform any other related tasks.

Office work; no customers/walk-ins
