We are looking for a High Volume Customer Service Advisor to join the team of our client, who specializes in the clothing industry. As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
 Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
 Handle a high volume of inquiries and complaints while maintaining high-quality service.
 Resolve customer issues efficiently and quickly. Provide accurate information about our products, orders, deliveries, and return policies.
 Use CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records.
 Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
 Participate in a 2-week training to familiarize yourself with our products, procedures, and systems.

Qualifications:
 Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to manage stress and stay calm under pressure.
 Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
 Experience with CRM software is an asset.
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

We Offer:
 A competitive salary of $18.50/hour.
 A day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of remote work 2 days per week.
