Are you known for your strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and exceptional customer service? We are looking for someone like you to represent Excel Personnel at our client’s distribution center located in St-Laurent.
Key Role: Liaison Agent
Location: Saint-Laurent
Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate between employees, the agency, and the client to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Manage employee attendance, tardiness, and vacations accurately, and communicate this information promptly to the agency.
- Optimize employee schedules and identify opportunities for weekend overtime.
- Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive work environment by addressing feedback promptly.
- Be available to professionally and promptly respond to employee and client representative inquiries.
- Ensure daily motivation of employees by setting clear goals and supporting their development.
- Ensure employee safety by strictly adhering to CNESST standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in team management in a warehouse environment.
- Proven experience in customer service is an asset.
- Having a year as a forklift driver is an asset.
- Availability for evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
