Job Description
- Supervising, monitoring and assessing clinical and therapeutic interventions
- Assessing and planning care interventions and quality of life activities
- Coordinating delivery of resident care
- Delivering resident care
- Evaluating
- Partnering with external healthcare providers
- practicing and ensuring universal precautions and Infection control procedures are implemented and followed.
To attach the following documents:
⎕ Criminal Record Check - dated within 6 months of present date
⎕ Valid RN/LPN License
⎕ TB Screening Record dated within 6 months of present date /All Immunization Record( COVID-19 and Influenza vaccines proof at the time of hire).
⎕ Permanent Residency / Work Permit (Social Insurance # starts with a (“9”)
⎕ Current certification in CPR
