Faction Bike Studio is looking for an electrical engineer to join its product development team. Do you have ideas and expertise that you would like to share? Great! We’d like to benefit from your know-how while we help you improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reference for technical questions within the internal team.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, from concept to production, while optimizing teamwork.
• Clearly define integration guidelines to support implementation across teams.
• Collaborate with the client to ensure all components function properly with the frame.
• Mentor and share knowledge in the team's areas of expertise.
• Exceed client expectations on projects while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct technical design reviews and risk assessments to provide recommendations.
• Participate in project definition with the manager to offer technical advice and establish trade-offs between functionality and objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Previously held a role demonstrating autonomy within a company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of embedded electrical systems on bicycles (batteries, motor, controller).
• Familiarity with the supply chain of electrical components.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for cycling is an asset.
