$79,648 - $107,760Expertise in corporate governance rewardedUsing your expertise on the best practices, external trends and FCC perspectives of corporate governance, you’ll make recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with senior management to design and improve the corporate governance framework
- Monitor and evaluate the corporate governance framework and make recommendations
- Work with others to embed corporate governance practices in FCC committees, including the Board of Directors
- Identify opportunities for FCC within corporate governance
- Help prepare the Corporate Secretariat and Board communications and key corporate content
