Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$134,505 - $181,979Proven credit recovery and management expertise rewardedImpact profitability and protect the health of our portfolio by leading a team of high-performing credit professionals responsible for managing distressed customer files. You’ll provide senior management with insight into and interpretation of portfolio trends. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Develop strategies for dealing with distressed and challenging files
Authorize loan amendments, manage litigation and settle judgments
Manage the development and administration of policies, guidelines and systems
Recruit and retain a highly skilled and focused team by managing team performance objectives, workload and project planning
Coach the team on risk mitigation, collections and recovery

What you’ll need:
A degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least 10 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
MBA or other related designation
Solid employee management expertise
Experience in credit and/or collections
Extensive knowledge of Canadian agriculture and agribusiness industry
In-depth understanding of risk management strategies and commercial and agricultural lending and related legislation
