$90,710 - $122,726

Loan administration process knowledge required
Develop, enhance and maintain LAC’s systems by analyzing existing processes and platforms, identifying opportunities and supporting improvements. Collaborate closely with IT partners to support and enhance LAC platforms and apply process knowledge to ensure platforms are meeting the need of the business unit.

What you’ll do :

  • Act as a liaison and subject matter expert for systems and business requirements.

  • Recommend process changes to balance risk, operational efficiency and impact on customers.

  • coordinates the development and maintenance of software applications that manage data to enable FCC employees to execute processes in an efficient manner

  • Define and deliver LAC’s data reporting requirements through own work or by communication requirements to IT partners

  • Monitors and investigates data quality and makes specific recommendations to correct processes, policies, and/or systems

  • Mentor and coach co-workers using your expertise and experience

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business, and/or specialized studies in loan administration and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • In-depth knowledge of Cognos, Access, Excel and other software development tools and data environments

  • Knowledge of systems analysis and development methodologies and data concepts

  • General knowledge of network topologies and computing hardware is an asset
