Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$117,887 - $159,495

Strong leadership and advanced capital quantification expertise required:
Lead the team responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring and reporting on enterprise-wide, disaggregated risks including allowance for credit loss, demand for capital, execution of the stress-testing solution and risk data and analytics. You’ll collaborate with other teams and divisions and determine if FCC is within its risk appetite and policy limits, calculate credit loss and capital amounts, and ensure quality data is used.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute allowance for credit loss, stress testing solution and economic and regulatory capital

  • Monitor changes in the regulatory environment

  • Provide accurate, reliable data for use in risk measurement, modelling and reporting processes

  • Manage the preparation and distribution of risk measurement reports

  • Partner with others in the organization to ensure timely and efficient cross divisional processes

  • Coach and mentor employees in a safe and supportive work environment, manage performance and help set goals and priorities

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related discipline and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); professional designation (CFA, CA, CPA) or graduate degree is an asset

  • In-depth experience in risk management, portfolio analysis

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
