Lead and manage the team responsible for daily operations in a busy lending centre providing financial services to our national customer base.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Mentor direct reports in their development, workload management, and achievement of performance objectives
  • Lead and manage while implementing new initiatives
  • Participate in strategic planning for the team of financial services representatives

What you’ll need:
