You’ll build relationships within the division to remove impediments, foster engagement and challenge team members to self-organize cross-functionally, encouraging collaboration in our fast-paced, high-performing environment.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies as needed
- Work with cross-functional teams that include a cross section of business and technical skillsets to deliver value to customers
- Lead process management and improvement practices to ensure the team improves how they deliver value
- Support product owners to ensure targets are clearly understood
- Remove and/or escalate impediments for the teams

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks
- Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are technical in nature
- Knowledge of FCC business processes and agriculture lending practices
