  • Effectively balance rigour and efficiency to draft submissions for account reviews, compliance monitoring and eligibility rulings that support holistic decision-making
  • Take on a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities during the transaction origination, analysis, execution and asset management stages and act a liaison between Credit and other internal teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Good commercial judgment and critical thinking skills that support a solutions-oriented, value-add approach to ESG
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combined with the ability to draw actionable conclusions and make pragmatic recommendations for decision-makers
  • Strong writing, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Effective communicator and relationship-builder able to work with internal partners and external resources, often through challenging negotiations
  • Customer-focused problem-solver who can identify and recommend lending opportunities and successfully lead cross-functional projects
