What you'll do
- Establish strategies and practices to manage risk response and crisis operations
- Oversee risk assessment and response protocols
- Lead operations in a crisis operations centre as needed
- Partner across the organization to assess and influence risk decisions
- Prepare FCC to manage through crisis, including the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
- Provide insight on governance, risk and compliance by using best practices

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics or business administration and at least 15 years of progressive and related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, etc.) or risk certification (CRM)
- In-depth understanding of risk management practices in financial institutions
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy development
