Move the needle and make a positive impact as a Sustainable Finance and ESG Insights strategist.

Join the team building and implementing new sustainable finance initiatives that empower FCC and our customers to leverage ESG insights to drive value-add and opportunity across the food supply chain.

Be bold, be a catalyst, and help make Canadian Agriculture and Food a global leader in sustainable food production, food security and climate change solutions.

Work with stakeholders to define direction and outcomes, advance strategic priorities and present options to varying leadership levels and stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
  • Research and employ innovative design practices
  • Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
  • Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
  • Create and maintain cross-functional networks
  • Assess research and analyze business requests
  • Use customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomes
  • Liaise with senior leadership
  • Compile intelligence for committees or Board members

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); related certification is an asset
  • In-depth understanding of strategy development best practices
  • Expertise in strategic development to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of agriculture or financial services industries
