During the application process, you’ll be asked to choose from one of these division areas:
• Finance: Manages FCC finances responsibly for the long term, overseeing four key areas: Internal Audit, Controller, Treasury, and Loan Operations.
• Growth and Innovation: Develops and manages products and services to satisfy customer and market needs and improve operational effectiveness.
• Human Resources: Advances and supports employees to achieve organizational success.
• Marketing and Public Affairs: Oversees our external brand and reputation, creating and strengthening partnerships.
• Risk and Legal: Oversees operational excellence, risk assessment and compliance measures to maximize opportunities and manage risk.
• Strategy and Impact: Brings our strategy to life to create a positive impact through four key areas: ESG, Indigenous Relations, Strategic Planning & Business Enablement, and Economic & Thought Leadership.
• Technology Enablement: Provides tools, data and workspaces that enable our success while managing risks.

What you’ll need

• Completion of at least one year of your post-secondary degree program
• Enrolment in a post-secondary degree program and an anticipated course load of at least 3 classes the following semester after your FCC term
• Availability to work from May 1 to August 22, 2025
