Ag Production has been and continues to be the heart of FCC’s business. The division supports the success of primary producers in the agriculture industry. We bring knowledge and solutions to customers, striving to provide the best combination of products, services, and marketing initiatives to allow our customers to Dream, Grow, and Thrive!

During the application process, you’ll be asked to choose from one of these division areas:
• Ag Production: Links customer needs with corporate objectives, ensuring we grow in a balanced way that ensures long-term financial health.
• Agri-food, Alliances and FCC Capital: Supports small businesses, crop input, equipment dealers and agri-food operations, and corporate and commercial agribusinesses.

What you’ll do

• Support a team dedicated to helping agriculture and food businesses succeed
• Assist in offering tailored financing and industry knowledge to customers
• Build relationships with local producers and agribusinesses
• Help prepare loan documents and perform administrative tasks
• Gain hands-on work experience in your field

What you’ll need

• Completion of at least one year of your post-secondary degree program
• Enrolment in a post-secondary program for a degree in agriculture, business or commerce and an anticipated course load of at least 3 classes the following semester after your FCC term
• Availability to work from May 1 to August 22, 2025
• Sales experience is considered an asset
