As a Technical Analyst on FCC’s Adoption team, you’ll provide training and support to individuals and teams to enhance their productivity and efficiency through the effective use of technology and collaboration tools. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of these tools.

Your goal will be to empower employees to leverage the full potential of existing and new technology to streamline workflows, improve communication and drive collaboration across the organization. By doing so, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical solutions that improve FCC’s business capabilities

  • Develop new tools and processes

  • Implement and support technology process automation

  • Support, monitor and improve technologies and solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical problem solver who enjoys resolving challenging issues Experience with cloud computing including SAAS and PAAS

  • In-depth understanding of up-to-date integration techniques

  • Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Technical expertise and the ability to see parallels between consumer and enterprise applications of digital products and services

  • Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, design concepts, and computing and software industry trends
