$69,904 - $94,576Service desk experience rewardedAs a Technical Analyst working with the Microsoft 365 support team, you will assist with the onboarding of new technologies and perform general operational tasks to maintain a healthy product environment. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the integration and adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless onboarding, and collaborating with various departments to enhance productivity and security.
What you’ll do:
Resolve issues with technology through one-on-one interactions
Facilitate the resolution of Major IT Incidents
Troubleshoot a variety of first-level IT support issues on different platforms and programs
Answer questions and provide advice by phone, email or chat
Advanced troubleshooting on common issues, trend analysis and documentation

What you’ll need:
A diploma or certificate in a computer-related field and at least two years of service desk or call centre experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth knowledge of common software and operating systems
Exceptional commitment to customer service
ITIL V3 Foundations certification
