I'm looking for a Financial Controller for a company in the residential construction sector located in Saint-Eustache.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, your duties will be to :
- Supervise and carry out the complete accounting cycle
- Be responsible for one employee
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Analyze project costs
- Follow-up on work in progress
- Lease file management
- Produce month-end financial statements and reports
- Other related tasks
- No construction experience required
- Be on track for or have CPA designation
- Versatility and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Excel

- A salary between 70k and 80k
- A summer schedule ending at 1 p.m. on Fridays
